Affordable Counselling Without the Wait

We understand that private counselling may not always fit within your budget. To make counselling more accessible, we have newly qualified counsellors who are looking to build their experience and are offering sessions at a lower cost. These counsellors are well-equipped to support individuals experiencing mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, or those simply seeking a professional, objective space to talk.

Please note, these placements may not be suitable for everyone. If your concerns are more complex or if we feel another counsellors expertise may better support your needs, we can guide you towards the most appropriate option following an initial conversation. Feel free to give us a call to discuss what you're looking for, or you can share more via our contact form.

If cost has been a barrier to getting support, we’re here to help. Get in touch to find out more about our affordable counselling options.

Hi, my name is Ruth, and I am a Person-centred Counsellor. I believe in the power of creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their emotions and work towards healing and growth.

I am a compassionate, multicultural, person-centred counsellor who prioritises professional competence and is deeply committed to supporting individuals and families through their unique challenges.

With a holistic view of well-being, I take a client-led, flexible and adaptive approach to therapy, often offering alternative settings such as walk & talk sessions and engaging activities to foster connection and healing outside the traditional therapy room. Pluralistic Counsellor

If you are looking to be heard, to better know yourself and to make the most of life, then please do not hesitate to contact.
